Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re far too busy working on your site or developing your apps, you scarcely have the time to keep an eye on what is going on with the server – if it’s under stress or if all the processes are running the way they should. With our Administration Services package, we’ll do that on your behalf. Your virtual server will be added to a custom–built monitoring software system and the second there’s a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be informed immediately.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your hosted content is crucial – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered our Administration Services offer, you will take advantage of every week backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are always placed on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. Thus your content will always be secure, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux VPS Package, you have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. But, some scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Administration Services option can help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – this means that you can literally hire one of our competent server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software package that you want. Alternatively have him rectify a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an optional feature for our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
